 | email: tassie@sdaacademy.com Phone: 919-802-6750 Tassie not only has a passion for dance but a calling to teach the power and purpose of dance to all those who are willing to learn! She has danced for over 12 years in the form of liturgical dance which includes ballet, modern, hip-hop and African dance. During most of that time as a solo dancer/minister of dance but also with church ministries. She believes dancing is a constant learning form of art and her style of dance constantly challenges and redefines what dance is. She has also choreographed many dances for various groups and voluntarily taught dance classes for organizations. Dance is not only movement through space and time with rhythm but to Tassie it is a ministry. Because of her desire to see God truly glorified and lives changed she has devoted her time to develop Shammah Dance and Arts Academy with the belief of AUTHENTIC relationships and community building through individual gifts and talents, true EXPRESSION of ones being and song interpretation through dance as well as personal expression in Acting, Singing and Fine Arts. By doing so we are making an IMPACT in the arts community and around the world through dance and other art forms! The vision for SDA Academy goes far beyond the doors of the studio but into the world and by developing The Creative Arts Initiative she is daily seeing how an impact can truly be tangible in such a time as this. She is also the instructor of the Spoken Word Classes, which is designed to help students magnify their gifts in poetry and public speaking. | | Kevin brings with him a passion and art for acting in the Christian arena.
